The Tamil super-hit 'Singam' starring Suriya is all set to sizzle in Hindi too. Bollywood's leading hero Ajay Devgn, who started his career in the early nineties as an action hero and gradually shifted gears to take on all kinds of role.
This film has been directed by Rohit Shetty and stars southern siren Kaajal Aggarwal opposite Ajay in the lead. Anushka, who paired up opposite in the original Tamil version, wasn't considered by the Hindi film-makers for some reason. The producers are quite confident that the Hindi version would also be liked by Tamil audience and would be patronize in a big way.
Yunus Sejawal has penned the screenplay while the duo of Sajid-Farhad has written the dialogues. National Award winning music directors duo of Ajay-Atul, famous in Marathi films, has scored the music. The film should be a comeback of sorts for Ajay Devgn, who plays a full-fledged action hero after a long hiatus.
