Diganth Manchale, known as Diganth is a Kannada cinema actor and former model.
He hails from a place called Tirthahalli, in Shimoga district of Karnataka. He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He did his schooling in Tirthahalli and finished PUC in Tunga Mahavidyalaya, Tirthahalli. Diganth's father was a degree college professor, his name is Mr. Krishnamurthy and mother Mallika. Diganth has an older brother.

In an interview with MyBangalore, this young model-turn-actor, a heartthrob for many, speaks about some of his upcoming projects and the journey so far.

AFTER Gaalipata, kannada actor Diganth seems to be bagging the right projects, or rather attracting the right producers. In the last six months, the actor has been gifted two cars in a row. A while ago, producer Vijaykumar gave him a car after Diganth signed his film, Kariye Kogile Madhavana. The movie didn't take off, but the car stays with Diganth. "That's because Vijaykumar is a really good friend of mine and we'll definitely be doing a project later this year," says Diganth.
Over the weekend, he drove home another car. This time it was presented by another producer, Chandru, who's signed the actor with a remuneration of Rs 8 lakh. "It's for his film Bisile. But I'll be gifting this car to my dad on his birthday on August 8; My folks reside in Thirthahalli and will be shifting to Bangalore soon," the actor tells us.
Kannada actor Diganth has lodged a complaint against NRI director Priya Bharathi at Karnataka Film Artistes Association (KFAA). The actor revealed this to the media in a press meet held at Bangalore on July 16. He made a big list of allegation against the director of the movie E Preethi.
"Already cameraman has been changed thrice and production manager has been changed twice. She quarrelled with well-known cameraman Harris. Jayant Kaikini, Neena Mahesh, Mano Murthy and even producer Narayan Hosamane have agreed that it was her mistake that delayed the movie,".
Diganth was returning to the city from a party. On seeing the police he tried to speed away.
However, the police managed to catch him. His friend, who was coming in another vehicle, successfully persuaded the police to leave the actor without booking a case.
A police official at the spot remarked to Deccan Herald "Why take a risk with big people. Thus, we left him without booking a case."
"I am happy working in Kannada industry. I have not thought of anything else till now. My priority is to establish myself firmly in the industry as an actor and an entertainer. Later, I will think of the rest,"
